Relax and Breathe Salts

This soaking salt comes with the wooden scoop you see. This was created to help with the soreness that comes with long days on your feet. The owner's personal battle with Fibromyalgia inspired this creation. It is important to take the time to just Relax and Breathe. Hopefully this helps you do just that!

Rub sore muscles with salts to exfoliate and work the Essential oils into tired, achey muscles and then rinse off in bath. Use 2 to 4 scoops per bath. Add bath salts to warm bath water to dissolve the salts. Soak in tub, breathe deeply and relax. Follow with our Ancient Herbs Lotion, when more relief or a moisturizer is needed. Each 16 oz. packet contains enough salt for 6-8 baths
Epsom Salt [Magnesium sulfate], Dead Sea Salts [sodium chloride], European Bath Salts [Sodium Chloride (Belgian Sea Salt)], French Grey Sea Salt [Sodium Chloride (Sal De Gris)], Safflower [Carthamus Tinctorius], Camphor [Camphor], Clove Bud [Eugenia Caryophyllus], Eucalyptus [Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil], Lavender EO [Lavandula Angustifolia], kelp granules [Ascophyllum nodosum], Menthol Crystals [Menthol]

    Relax AND bREATHE

Posted by Tim on Mar 29th 2017

My wife uses this for helping to relieve pains of nerve damage in her legs. It is not oily or overly salty and works well to relax and refresh the fatigue associated with her discomfort. By the way, Thanks Rae for sending the candle

A friend gave me a bag as a gift and I just had to order a whole pile! I'll give as gifts and keep some on hand for myself when I'm feeling a bit run down.
